Expedited Shop Labor Services & Rates
Need your repair completed as soon as possible? We’ve got you covered! While we always do our best to complete each repair as quickly as possible, sometimes you may need to jump to the front of the line. This is why we also offer Expedited services.
Our Expedited Shop Labor Service prioritizes your repair and puts it to the top of our current repair queue. Depending on the overall issue and availability of parts, the Expedited Rates can usually guarantee a same-day turnaround time, providing that the machine comes into our shop no later than 12pm and parts do not need to be ordered. In the event that replacement parts need to be ordered, once received, your machine takes priority so that we can return it to your care as quickly as possible.

Please Note: If you have a machine that has a T2 Security chip running macOS 10.14 (Mojave)
or later, the “Find My Mac” feature will need to be disabled in order to facilitate the repair.

Expedited Shop Labor Rate: $185/hr with a one hour minimum
Similar to the Standard Shop labor rate, the way the Expedited Shop Labor Rate works is that the first hour goes for testing and diagnostics; though generally, the comprehensive testing will take a lot longer than an hour, we only charge for one hour. Once we have isolated and confirmed the issue, we will provide an update and include the quote for the cost of the applicable repair or service. If the applicable repair or service is proceeded with, then the first hour for the testing will be waived. It is only in the event that the applicable repair or service is declined that the $185 expedited diagnostic fee would apply. Please Note: For machines that come in for service due to accidental damage with AppleCare+ accidental damage coverage, the applicable cost of the AppleCare+ accidental damage rate would apply, in addition to the expedited shop labor rate.

Expedited Mac Pro Tower Diagnostic: $275 (Flat Rate)
The Expedited Mac Pro Tower Diagnostic service is a flat rate of $275. Considering the various options and configurations made available, the testing may still take some time to complete, especially if there are multiple large capacity hard drives installed. However, the Expedited Mac Pro Tower Diagnostic service prioritizes the machine and we get started on it as soon as the machine arrives at our facility. Once completed, we will provide an update with the results of the Expedited Mac Pro Diagnostic and include the quote for all applicable repair options. The $275 for the expedited Mac Pro Tower Diagnostic is not waived; any applicable repair services would be billed at the standard or expedited shop labor rate (does not include the cost of the replacement hardware components).

Expedited Liquid Damage Assessment: $275 (Flat Rate)
Accidents happen! This is why we also offer a flat rate Expedited Liquid Damage Assessment (LDA) Service for machines that are not covered by the AppleCare+ warranty. The Expedited LDA puts your machine to the top of the repair queue and includes opening up the machine to first document and assess extent of the liquid damage. As part of the process, we will clean and remove all found liquid residue or corrosion before reassembling the machine and performing comprehensive hardware diagnostics. Once completed, we will provide an update with the results of the Liquid Damage Assessment and include the quote for all applicable repair options. The $275 for the Expedited LDA is not waived; any applicable repair services would be billed at the standard or expedited shop labor rate (does not include the cost of the replacement hardware components).

Expedited Data Recovery Assessment: $300 (Flat Rate)
The Expedited Data Recovery Assessment puts your data recovery at the top of the current service queue. Unfortunately, data recovery can be a very delicate and time-consuming procedure that cannot be rushed, but we will get started on the data recovery assessment the moment your failed hard drive comes into our facility. Once the assessment has been completed, the data recovery service would be billed at the standard data recovery rate of $150/hr with a one hour minimum, in addition to the initial $300 for the Expedited Data Recovery Assessment. In the event that the data recovery quote is declined, or if the hard drive has suffered serious media and/or internal physical damage and we are unable to recover the data despite our best efforts, then the $300 for the Expedited Data Recovery Assessment will still apply.
In the event that we are unsuccessful in retrieving the data, we partner with DriveSavers and can act as a liaison to send your hard drive to their clean room facility, if applicable.
