AppleCare & AppleCare+ Warranty Repairs 


As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we are proud to honor the AppleCare and AppleCare+ warranty. Every Apple product comes with a one year limited warranty, which covers hardware replacement in the event of a mechanical malfunction or defect at no cost to you. The extended AppleCare+ warranty keeps the machine covered for a total of three years from the original purchase date and also covers up to two incidents of accidental damage at a lower out-of-pocket expense, when applicable. Standard Shop Labor Rate: $110/hr with a one hour minimum


For any machines that are outside of the Apple warranty period, and/or require a service that is not covered by the AppleCare warranty, our standard shop labor rate is $110/hr with a one hour minimum. The way our shop labor rate works is that the first hour goes for testing and diagnostics; although the initial comprehensive testing takes longer than an hour, we only charge for the hour. Once we have isolated the issue, we will provide an update and include the quote for the cost of the applicable repair or service. If the applicable repair or service is proceeded with, then the first hour for the diagnostics will be waived. It is only in the event that the quote is declined that a $110 diagnostic fee would apply.

Mac Pro Tower Diagnostic: $165 (Flat Rate)


The Mac Pro towers can take a bit more time to diagnose, especially with all of the various options and configurations made available. In this case, the Mac Pro Tower diagnostic fee does not get waived once completed. Any further repair services will be billed at the applicable shop labor rate, in addition to the cost of the $165 for the Mac Pro Tower diagnostic fee.

Liquid Damage Assessment Service: $165 (Flat Rate)


Accidents happen! This is why we offer a flat rate Liquid Damage Assessment (LDA) Service for machines that are not covered by the AppleCare+ warranty. The LDA includes opening up the machine to first document and assess extent of the liquid damage. As part of the process, we will clean and remove all found liquid residue or corrosion before reassembling the machine and performing comprehensive hardware diagnostics. Once completed, we will provide an update with the results of the Liquid Damage Assessment and include the quote for all applicable repair options. Due to the amount of time it takes to complete a Liquid Damage Assessment, the $165 for the LDA is not waived and any applicable repair services would be billed at the standard or expedited shop labor rate (does not include the cost of the replacement hardware components).

Malicious File Removal Service: $165 (Flat Rate)


Just like accidental damage, malware can happen, which can impact the overall performance and stability of your computer’s system. We offer a flat rate Malicious File Removal Service which includes checking all security settings to ensure that they are current, performing a full malicious file removal scan to remove any potentially unwanted applications, adware, and/or malware present on the system. We will also install a free antivirus program (if applicable) and perform system maintenance to remove any corrupted files, ensuring that your system runs as optimally as possible.

Mac Pro Tower Malicious File Removal Service: $195 (Flat Rate)


The Mac Pro Tower Malicious File Removal Service can take a bit more time to complete, especially because most Mac Pro Towers have multiple hard drives installed. The Mac Pro Tower Malicious File Removal Service includes checking all security settings to ensure that they are current, performing a full malicious file removal scan to remove any potentially unwanted applications, adware, and/or malware present on all internal hard drives. We will also install a free antivirus program (if applicable) and perform system maintenance to remove any corrupted files, ensuring that your system runs as optimally as possible.

Non-Certified Repair Diagnostic: $195 (Flat Rate)


The Non-Certified Repair Diagnostic applies when a non-Apple Certified (but well intended) user, friend, or neighbor may have attempted to repair or upgrade a machine, but was unsuccessful. The Non-Certified Repair Diagnostic fee is a flat $195 which includes first opening up and disassembling the machine, then ensuring that the machine has been properly reassembled before running the comprehensive hardware scan. Once completed, any further repair services will be billed at the applicable shop labor rate, in addition to the $195 for the Non-Certified Repair Diagnostic fee.

Data Recovery: $150/hr with a one hour minimum


Our data recovery rate is $150/hr with a one hour minimum. The way the data recovery rate works is that we will need to spend some time to assess the state of the hard drive and the data stored on the hard drive. Once we have completed the initial assessment, we will provide an update and include the quote for the data recovery. If the service is authorized, the initial $150 for the assessment will be waived and we will not exceed the amount quoted. It is only if the data recovery quote is declined, or if the hard drive has suffered serious media or internal physical damage and we are unable to recover the data despite our best efforts, that the $150 for the initial assessment will apply.


In the event that we are unsuccessful in retrieving the data, we partner with DriveSavers and can act as a liaison to send your hard drive to their clean room facility.
