On-Site Services & Rates

Standard On-Site Rate: $160/hr with a one hour minimum

The Standard On-Site rate is $160/hr with a one hour minimum; anything after that first hour goes into 15 minute increments, or the rate divided by four. Please Note: The Standard On-Site rate applies for any locations within a 40-mile radius of our location in Concord, CA.

For locations outside of a 40-mile radius of our location, the On-Site rate is $195/hr, with a one hour minimum; anything after that first hour goes into 15 minute increments, or the rate divided by four.

Please Note: Cancelations of On-Site appointments MUST be made within 24 hours of the appointment. If the cancelation is made on the same day of the appointment, then a cancelation fee of one hour of the applicable on-site rate will apply.

After Hours On-Site Visit

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm and we are closed on all major national holidays.  We understand issues can happen outside of normal business hours, which is why we have you covered!

After Hours Standard On-Site Rate (within a 40-mile radius): $195/hr with a one hour minimum; anything after the first hour goes into 15 minute increments, or the rate divided by four.

After Hours On-Site Rate (over 40-mile radius): $295/hr with a one hour minimum; anything after the first hour goes into 15 minute increments, or the rate divided by four.

  Remote Support Rates 

Phone/Remote Support: $75 per 30 minutes ($75 minimum)

After Hours Phone/Remote Support: $95 per 30 minutes ($95 minimum)

Travel Rates

Standard Travel (within a 40-mile radius): $45 per pick up or delivery; $85 round trip

Travel (over a 40-mile radius): $95 per pick up or delivery; $175 round trip
